Supply for maximum occupancy
TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND COMFORT OF THE GUEST, EACH PROPERTY MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS
GENERAL
All doors must have functional locks, all windows must be functional, openable, and the Property must feature at least one first-aid kit.
Apparatuses such as alarm, fire alarm, monoxide alarms, electrical, plumbing, and heating must be checked and certified at least annually to ensure they are in proper working order.
The swimming pool, hot tub, and cold tub must comply with the safety standards set by Laws and Local Regulations in the jurisdiction where the Property is located.
Furniture, floors, walls, windows, curtains and interior objects are in good condition, free of dust and marks.
Lamps are in good condition, clean, and all bulbs must function
Rooms are clean and fresh; rugs are vacuumed and free of stains
Televisions and accessories are clean and in good conditions
Thermostats work and are set correctly
Coffee machine with at least 7 pods per guest per week are provided
Good quality tablecloths and napkins, avoiding using paper and non-eco-friendly materials, are provided for 3 weekly changes.
American placemats are provided 4 times for the maximum occupancy.
KITCHEN
Each kitchen that can be used by guests must meet the following requirements:
Kitchen surfaces like walls, floors, ceilings, shelves, sinks, cabinets, vents, and supplies are in good state of maintenance, clean, free of stains, debris, grease, mold, burns, rust, scratches, holes, or other damage
Kitchen appliances are in a good state of maintenance and functional, odor-free, and free of dirt build-up, refrigerators and freezers are emptied of all contents prior to arrival
All ovens are in operation and well functioning
1 Professional dishwasher for villas welcoming more than 12 guests
1 Professional fridge and large freezer for villas welcoming more than 12 guests
Good quality tablecloths and napkins, avoiding using paper and non-eco-friendly materials, are provided for 3 weekly changes, for maximum use of the property. The cost of laundry and usage is borne by the owner as part of the luxury service provided to guests.
Glassware (Red wine glasses; Flute Cocktail glasses; Plexiglas flute glasses; Plexiglas water glasses, 1 Glass carafe every 4 guests; 1 Glass bottle every 4 guests)
Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and cutlery are provided for maximum occupancy and in good condition
28 cm non-stick pans: one every 8 guests
28 cm aluminum pans: one every 8 guests
1 Large aluminum pot (between 30 and 50 liters)
2 Plastic cutting boards
2 Cutting boards of wood
Potholders and cleaning products including dish soap, sponge and tea towels are provided
A trash bin is provided
Guest is welcomed with 1 bottle of olive oil, 1 pack of salt, 1 pack of pepper, 1 jar of honey, 1 pack of white sugar, and 1 pack of brown sugar
BEDROOM
1 Coffee machine with at least 7 pods per week per guest is provided
1 bottle of olive oil; 1 pack of salt; 1 jar of honey; 1 pack of white sugar; 1 pack of brown sugar are made available to guests on arrival
A kettle is provided
Good quality tablecloths and napkins, avoiding paper and non-eco-friendly materials for 3 weekly changes
American placemats: 4 times for the maximum occupancy
BATHROOM
Bathroom surfaces (walls, floors, ceilings, shelves, toilets, sinks, mirrors, cabinets, tubs, showers, shower curtains, lights, ventilation fan, chandeliers) and consumables must be in good condition and clean, free of stains, debris, hair, mineral build-up, mold, burns, rust, or other damage
Taps, showerheads, and toilets must not drip or leak
The shower rods, the handles, the toilet seat, the lid, and the handle must be correctly fixed
Each bathroom contains:
1 Hairdryer
1 Set of shampoo and shower gel
At least 3 rolls of toilet paper per guest per maximum occupancy
2 hands, bidet, and shower/tub towels
BALCONIES, COURTYARDS, AND OUTDOOR SPACES
Areas must be free of waste, debris, cigarette butts
External spaces must be equipped with furniture suitable for the maximum occupancy, including tables, chairs, and sunbeds, sun umbrellas
All views on the property must be protected or indicated clearly in the description if this is not possible
The surrounding landscape must be well maintained, gates, fences and parapets must be clean
