MARKETING MANAGER

This is a brilliant role for someone with the gumption, drive, maturity and initiative to make the most of the opportunity to take on a senior role and work in a team where looking after our circuit of agents is the fundamental driver of sales. This role is part of our International team, working across our segments including serviced villas and self-catering apartments.

Key Capabilities

  • An eye for really one-of-a-kind agents, tour operators and travel planners with their own portfolio of loyal customers and boutique service, specializing in luxury villa and apartment rentals

  • A love of the customer: able to identify, anticipate and meet our agent’s needs

  • Marketing expertise – a love of closing the deal and delighting customers

  • Relationship building – you have a natural ease in dealing with people of all sorts

  • Commercial acumen – a breadth of experience within organizations, including sales and marketing

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage projects and people

  • Language skills – written and spoken English and at least one of the following languages, Russian, French and Spanish, would be useful

PRODUCTION MANAGER

The production manager will be involved with the planning, coordination and control of property scouting, contracting, and system data-entry processes. The candidate will ensure that the property and services are produced efficiently and that the services are produced at the right cost and level of quality. If you’re well organised, a good leader and can make the right decisions quickly while under pressure, then this could be the career for you.

Key Capabilities

  • Schedule services production according to business priority

  • Find properties according to sales department request through different sources

  • Choose the right content and the right images to enter our properties onto our different and various systems

  • Manage properties OTA and Channels

  • Communicate clearly with all proprietors

  • Language skills – written and spoken English and at least one of the following languages, Russian, French and Spanish, would be useful

  • Considerable knowledge of real estate interior/exterior photography

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We are seeking an entry/mid-Level Social Media Manager, for a full-time job in Budva, Montenegro. We are willing to arrange relocation. We expect the candidate to be able to focus on creating exceptional planning, produced with a solid understanding of Social Medias and related technologies. We have a multinational team, our primary language of communication in the office is English.

Key Capabilities

  • Choose the right content and the right images to market properties

  • Marketing expertise – a love of closing the deal and delighting customers

  • Social-media literate, knowledge of platforms, scheduler and SM automation

  • Language skills – written and spoken English and at least one of the following languages, Russian, Italian, French and Spanish, would be useful

  • Adobe Suite, we would highly prefer a Design background

  • Solutions-focused: to overcome problems

  • Highly IT literate and digitally inclined
